VEGAN WITH A BROKEN KNEE
The year 2021 Ashley went vegan and eats as natural as possible to maintain health. Veganism miraculously maintains Ashley’s vitality and strength after breaking her knee (tore 2 of 3 main ligaments). After recovering, bicycling to and from work strengthened her knee by rebuilding muscle. Going for walks and doing light workouts helped tone the body. Muscularity is built by physical work, so do what you love, and always be careful. Get paid for physical work with a job such as warehouse labor work, gardening, or farming labor.
ANOREXIA AND BULIMIA
In 3rd grade Ashley was teased about being chubby. Modern society and social media influence minds to believe a natural state of being isn’t beautiful. Ashley wore makeup, photo shopped photographs, donned tighter pants, and went through phases of bilemia and anorexia.
Bilimia/bulemia/belemia (Spelled differently to attract visitors who make typos) is an awful, counter-productive way to expel food from the body, decaying teeth faster from constant acid exposure. Bilimia doesn’t help weight loss, causes oral problems, and permanently negatively impacts health as years progress. Enamel erosion and tooth decay causes cavities, which can cost a lot of money to remedy. Tooth loss or teeth replacement jeopardizes the integrity of the skull, which can lead to a shorter life.
Don’t go bulimic, go vegan! I take care of plants, enjoy a strengthening and energizing meal routine, am filled with sunshine and radiant the tranquility of plants, and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle, teaching others to do the same.
