Gardening, wildlife, walking, being alone, exercising, music, drawing, singing, helping others, and brainstorming how to achieve goals keeps us busy and forces us to concentrate on the task at hand.

Remove harmful variables from your life.

Find ways to remove or avoid bullies, toxic relationships, and unhealthy environments. If a career is affecting health or physically damaging you, if there is an intolerable harassment, find a better job doing what you enjoy.
